Job Description

Pay:Kent Range 3 + SENA StartDate: Immediate Weare looking to appoint a flexible, organised and enthusiastic Mid-DaySupervisor, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to workat our Wrotham site. Therole is for 2 hours per day (12.00pm - until 2.00pm) 10 hours a week, term timeonly, plus 10 INSET training hours. KentRange 3 £4,193 pa (Full Time £18,039 pa) plus a Special Needs Allowance of £293pa (Full time £1,296 pa) Theschool offers comprehensive training in autism, exceptional CPD support anddevelopment opportunities through our Co-operative Trust of SEN schools.Themain school site at Wrotham is currently judged as "Good" by Ofsted, the schoolis very well placed to becoming Outstanding and is oversubscribed. TheStansted Site opened in September 2019 following a £400,000 refurbishmentmodelled on the purpose built secondary site. The building is located in thepretty rural village of Stansted next to the village green. Classsizes at the Stansted and Wrotham sites are between 11-13 pupils with a teacherand 1-2 learning mentors.
