Job Description

Mechanical Technician - Portishead£47,000Panama Days and Nights25 Days Holiday + BH - Profit Share bonus - Pension scheme - Free Parking - Canteen - Lots of overtime and more!A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Technician to join a UK known heavy industrial company in the Portishead Area!With no day ever being the same the Mechanical Technician role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.Role & Responsibilities:

  • Complete PPM and reactive maintenance on cranes and automated bulk handling equipment
  • Fault finding and troubleshooting
  • Strong Health and Safety experience
  • Increasing efficiency and minimising downtime on equipment
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
  • HNC level 3 of apprenticeship trained
  • Experience working with automated equipment
  • Able to use CMMS systems
