Who we areLatimer is the private development business within Clarion Housing Group - delivering affordable housing for Clarion Housing Association Limited. As part of an ambitious rebranding exercise the Groups shared ownership property sales are to bemarketed as Latimer, alongside private sales.The digital marketing team is a brand new team within the residential marketing team at Latimer and were looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Administrator to join our Marketing team in Croydon.What youll bedoingThis is a great opportunity for someone with experience in a similar role who has sound knowledge of social media platforms. This is a busy, varied role where youll be supporting the new digital marketing team in establishing their strategies and executingtheir first campaigns. Responsibilities will expand to support campaigns of the wider residential marketing team.Youll provide essential support to the residential marketing team with campaign activities and schedules.Youll also edit property listings onthe Latimer website whilst working with marketing leads to ensure details are factually accurate (knowledge of CMS Sitecore useful).What youll needTo be successful in this role youll have a proven track record of supporting marketing campaigns in a propertyfield. We are also open to hearing from you if you have experience of working with developers, house builders, consultants, and agents.Youll have experience in market research and data analysis practices and techniques.
