Job Description

You will be carrying out tasks to ensure that the work carried out meets statutory requirements, excellent customer standards and in line with group procedures. You will be working as part of a small team but also you will be required to work individually so therefore under your own initiative, taking ownership of tasks and managing your schedule of work efficiently and effectively.You will be working on an on call rota to cover one weekend in three to assess any issues on site that may arise.For more information please download our job profile available on our website.More about youYou will be an experience maintenance professional with a variety of skills - ideally basic plumbing (unblocking drains and toilets, changing taps, investigating leaks etc), decorating (making good, filling and painting) joinery(adjustments to furniture and doors etc) lock changes and other skills. A trade qualification would be an advantage but not essential. You must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and be comfortable working with the general public.
