The postwill involve working with a variety of pupils in our school. This will be apastoral/behaviour support role, assisting students with either theireducational and social development on an individual and group basis. Asuccessful applicant needs to be able to support children with their learningin whole class situations, small groups and on a one to one basis. Providesupport for individual students inside and outside the classroom to enable themto fully participate in activities. They must have excellent communication skills, beself-motivated, reliable and to be able to work as part of a team as well asindependently. A good standard of educaton is also required (5GCSEs or equivalent inc. Engish and Maths at grade C or above). A visit to the school is encouraged and warmlywelcomed.
