Job Description

Locum Planning LawyerWest Midlands3 monthsRemote WorkingFull TimeUp to £55 per hour UmbrellaAre you a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive seeking a new locum Planning role within a respectable Local Authority with an interesting caseload and no committee workVenn Group are working with a flexible Public Organisation that have promoted an internal fee-earner and now require a locum to look after an interesting caseload of complex matters on a fully remote basis.The Caseload May Include:

  • Advising on a wide range of planning matters including highways, Certificates of Lawfulness, Relief Roads
  • Drafting and negotiating on complex s.106, 278, s.38 agreements
  • Conducting research and providing advice on planning matters to the Council
  • Advising and representing clients on planning matters on behalf of the Council
The Organisation has advised that this role will be for a minimum of three months but is likely to be extended far beyond this.
