The role involves supporting the delivery of projects within the BT/IT portfolio. You will be assisting in the development of and reviewing of business cases and undertaking Business Analysis to develop and extend the efficient and effective use of our business systems and interfaces.You will be reviewing existing business processes and procedures and propose and implement new and more efficient and effective, methods of working as a complete business solution.You will identify opportunities for improvement by analysing systems and technology use, emerging business requirements and market developments.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands housing management processes with the added ability to balance the needs of our customers with business goals.You will understand the full project lifecycle from inception to post implementation support with a good understanding of the technical aspects of relational databases.
