Job Description

IT Change & Configuration Analyst£33k + Fantastic Benefits *Such as: 25% bonus, 10% non contributory pension, healthcare, 28 days holiday entitlement plus bank holidays & much more!*Leading Wiltshire based business is looking to recruit an IT Change & Configuration Analyst to join the growing team. Hybrid working model with 2 days per week required in the office.The IT Change Analyst will drive and assist in in the assessment and analysis of changes to ensure the impact on all Technology areas (infrastructure, networks, telephony, data etc.,) is understood.You will work with the relevant team managers and members to assist in estimating effort and forecast planning from a resource perspective.The role:

  • Manage or coordinate small changes on behalf of team managers
  • Attend the Technology & Business Change boards with main purpose of identifying when a change may impact any team in the Technology Operations Group and informing the relevant team manager
  • Prepare documentation (including reports, agendas and minutes) for Change Advisory Board (CAB).
Skills/experience:
  • Experience in a similar role where you have documented process and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders
  • The ability to work in a fast paced, complex environment
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and co-ordinate own and team activities
  • Knowledge and experience of working with ITIL service management good practices, particularly Change and Configuration Management
  • Ability to estimate risk of potential business impact from minimal data
  • Experience in facilitation of meetings
