Our world leading VHF and HF network and ground communication networks along with our value added partners provide these vital communication links whilst we are constantly evolving with new technologies and messaging protocols for future products and services.We are currently seeking two intern engineering positions available to support our existing engineering team capability and our future growth plans whilst supporting on going educational commitments.Key Responsibilities:-Research and gain a good understanding into our current VHF/HF and Ground networks function.Learn and apply baseline knowledge and the technology used in our Service partners solutions.Support the implementation of new airline, and airport customers using our servicesGain and understanding of configuring customers and services within our systems.Produce formal documentation as directedGain an underlying knowledge of business processes and the product lifecycle.Learn and understand Airline Operational processes and practices.Develop working relationships with other business units such as Sales,Commercial departments and support units in other global regions.Present new designs and ideas to design authoritiesYou will be highly motivated, diligent and excited by the Aviation industry and Networks engineering, be happy working on your own initiative and as part of a team. You will already be studying a university degree in an aviation engineering or similar related discipline, preferably in Avionics or Aero-structures, Systems, Software, Electronics or Networks. You will have a genuine passion for aviation and technological advances and solutions within this fast paced industry.What elseYou will form part of an exciting and hardworking engineering team which willpresent opportunities to experience different disciplines and systems, You will also have the opportunity to travel and work directly onsite with our Airline and Airport customers within the UK and further afield, therefore you must have a valid passport.
