Job Description

MLC are recruiting an interim Senior HR Project lead to support an Integrated Care system with their Health and Wellbeing programme.

  • Lead the development of an effective health & wellbeing strategy / plan in accordance with the NHSE/I health & wellbeing programme and our local organisation priorities with a focus on primary care
  • Identify and lead the roll out of key project areas and campaigns to support the health & wellbeing programme with a focus on primary care
  • Lead on the collaboration with key stakeholders to raise awareness of the new initiative and effectively engage key partners
  • Lead on the delivery of agreed frameworks and diagnostic tools to improve the health & wellbeing of the workforce
  • Oversee the full implementation of the primary care health and wellbeing pilot
  • Ensure HR systems have a health and wellbeing focus and support managers across the organisation to manage staff health & wellbeing
  • To participate in the induction of staff where relevant to improve mental health awareness in the workplace
  • To work closely with the OD function, ensuring a culture that supports health & wellbeing is fostered within the organisation structure
  • To work closely with the HR and OD functions to develop plans to oversee the learning and development of staff in line with organisational priorities
  • To provide specialist advice and guidance on improving workplace health, learning and development to improve staff morale and increase retention
Previous NHS experience is beneficial for the role
