Southwest Interim Estates Surveyor Needed!Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority in the Southwest who require an MRICS Interim Estates Surveyor until the end of the financial year.This contract will see you working on their retail portfolio, completing all estates management duties, including landlord and tenant management, rent reviews and lease renewals.We currently have two Surveyors working in the team, and theyre really enjoying the workload and financial perks of being contractors.The council are currently working on a hybrid basis, where youre required in the office once a week, with you completing the site inspections at your discretion.MRICS is required for this, but being a Registered Valuer is not.
