Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this superb Organisation based near Salisbury in Wiltshire to recruit an experienced ER Advisor / Consultant for initially 3 months. The role will be home / remote based.The purpose of the roles is to deliver proactive, customer focused HR operational / ER support to managers and staff, providing advice and guidance on the full range of ER / HR services. You will develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, supporting client groups to achieve their corporate objectives and ensure HRs contribution and impact in those groups.We are looking for you to possess a high level of ER exposure ideally gained from within a call centre / customer services / retail setting - what is of most importance is the ER experience.
