We are currently supporting one of the UK leading Training Providers. This organisation is experiencing significant growth so an excellent opportunity for development and progression.We are looking for an experienced Trainer, Coach or Mentor with recent experience working in the Insurance Sector.This Training provider delivers a wide range of apprenticeships within Insurance, Financial Services and Business Training to companies throughout England.This is an excellent opportunity as this Training Provider will put the successful candidate through the Assessors Award and supportive qualifications where applicable.This company offers:• Starting salary between £30000- £40000, • 25 days holidays, • Life Insurance• Remote working• Opportunities and support for additional qualifications Typical duties of the Insurance Trainer/Coach will include:• Deliver high-quality training and support to apprentices enrolled in Insurance Apprenticeship programs, including one-to-one training, coaching and mentoring. The levels of apprenticeships will be from level 4 to 6.• Create and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that align with the Insurance curriculum and regulatory requirements• Provide regular feedback and support to apprentices, identifying their strengths and areas for improvement and providing guidance to help them achieve their learning goals• Support apprentices in developing their practical skills in Insurance settings through, marking and reviewing work produced by learners to ensure it is of the appropriate standard to reflect the learner’s qualification.• Monitor apprentices progress and maintain accurate records of their learning journey, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements• Plan and design specific industry-standard learning programmes in competencies, behaviours, and relationships.• Coach the learner through to the End Point Assessment• Working to specific quality and completion of targets• Helping with the enrolment of learners• Organise and maintain documentation on learners progress• Stay up-to-date with best practices in Insurance, education and training, attend relevant professional development opportunities, and maintain your own professional development portfolioSkills, Experience and Qualifications Required for the Insurance Trainer/Coach:• Experience working as a Coach, Mentor, Trainer or Team Leader• Hold Insurance Qualifications that include CII, Dip Cii or above• Vocational competence within Insurance, Underwriting, Broker etc.• A passion for working with and supporting learners to achieve their goals • It would be highly desirable if the candidate holds the Assessor Qualification, A1, TAQA, CAVA, and has experience working within Apprenticeships • Knowledge and experience working with Ofsted and ESFA would also be highly desirable For more information, please contact the Pertemps Work-Based Learning and Skills Division on Keywords:Insurance, Financial Services, Coach, Trainer, Mentor, Team Leader, Apprenticeship Assessor, A1, TAQA, D32, D33, CAVA, Cert CII, Dip CII
