Job Description

We are delighted to be supporting this Training Provider who is rated as Good by Ofsted.We are now looking for an experienced Trainer/Skills Coach to support learners who are engaged in Human Resource ApprenticeshipsThis is a remote, work-from-home position with occasional travel to client sitesThis is the start of a new apprenticeship programme in Human Resources that offer:

  • Senior People Professional L7
  • HR Support L3
  • HR Consultant / Partner L5
As an Apprenticeship Trainer/Skills Coaches in Human Resources you can expect:

Summary of duties and responsibilities for the Apprenticeship Trainer/Skills Coach in HR:
  • To coach and support learners to achieve their apprenticeship in Human Resources up to level 7
  • Deliver outstanding masterclasses to groups of learners using Microsoft Teams or Zoom
  • Plan the endpoint assessment process with learners and employers, ensuring preparation and practice are included in the learning plan
  • Complete all relevant paperwork using the electronic process to ensure a learner is signed up/achieves/leaves according to procedures
  • Conduct regular reviews of progress with both the learner and employer
  • Support the learner to complete level 2 Maths and English functional skills where required
  • Evidence learner progress through the use of the OneFile e-portfolio system
Skills and experience required for the Human Resources Trainer/Skills Coach
  • Hold a relevant assessing qualification (TAQA/A1/CAVA/D32/D33)
  • Ideally hold a recognised Teaching Qualification e.g. PTLLS, Award in Education and Training
  • Previous experience delivering Human Resource Programmes to Apprenticeship Learners
  • Vocational competence/work history up to HR Manager level is required
  • Educated to degree standard in HR or CIPD Qualified
  • Experience user of Microsoft Teams and Zoom
