HR ADMINISTRATION OFFICER - HUMAN RESOURCES EXETER CITY COUNCILContract Type: 18-Month Fixed Term ContractHours: Part Time - 18.5 hoursSalary: Grade E (£20,903 - £22,183 pro-rata)Team: Human Resources Support Services (HRSS)Location: Exeter, DevonExeter City Council is a highly ambitious and innovative authority in one of the most economically successful cities in the UK and has its sights firmly fixed on creating a City that is inclusive, healthy and sustainable.The HR Support Services team are the first point of contact for HR customers and stakeholders and as such are fine-tuned multitaskers who strive to deliver a cost-effective and customer-centric experience, all in accordance with relevant employment related legislation, guidance, policies and best practice.We are now offering the opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated HR Administration Officer to join our newly structured HR team in an exciting, challenging and rewarding environment on an 18-month fixed term contract.The ideal candidate would be somebody that has experience in HR or Business Administration, or of a similar nature, as well as having the ability to seamlessly overcome challenges and work effectively as part of a team to manage conflicting deadlines simultaneously.You should be able to demonstrate a good level of working knowledge of delivering administration across the full HR portfolio including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Learning & Development and Absence Management, with the willingness to learn and develop further in this role.
