You will provide sound advice and thought leadership in an engaging manner.You will help develop a new holistic wellbeing strategyand manage its implementation in a sustainable manner and ensure that our offering is compliant, competitive, integrated, and accessible to all employees.You will make sure that we meet our statutory and legal obligations and provide a safe environment forour colleagues and our visitors, including those in The Collection.You will help create a culture where Wellbeing, Health & Safety and Volunteering priorities are identified and met consistently and inclusively. You will also track and celebrate success andmake the tactical adjustments that are needed to overcome the inevitable bumps on the road.While keeping an eye on external trends, you are aligned with the People strategy, our culture and our organisational aims. You will always act in the best interestof Wellcome, supporting its diversity, inclusion and equity goals.Leading a team of 6, you will ensure that they are coached to reach their full potential. Youll be a sounding board for ideas and opportunities; managing them with integrity and fairness, whilstensuring that fun is part of working life.You will collaborate with colleagues in the Reward & Wellbeing team as well as across People and other internal functions, forging solid connections with our Networks, senior leadership team, service partners and suppliers.Aspart of the Reward & Wellbeing Management team, you will share your ideas, expertise and experience generously.
