Job Description

Flexible Hybrid working based in Southwest.Passionate about sustainable energy and reducing fuel povertyAn exciting Head of Retrofit position has become available based in an office in Bristol with a hybrid working model in place with occasional travel around the UK for the purposes of project delivery.Responsibilities:

  • Lead a large team of staff members in delivering retrofit projects.
  • Expand capacity in low carbon retrofit and energy efficiency measures.
  • Secure funding and form strategic partnerships.
  • Stay updated on regional and national schemes.
  • Collaborate with local authorities and stakeholders.
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team.
Requirements:
  • Experience in delivering retrofit-related services.
  • Track record in securing funding and identifying opportunities.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Passion for sustainable energy and reducing fuel poverty.
