This vacancy is at a mixed school that caters to over 1100 students aged 11-16.The main purpose of this post is to effectively lead and managethe department to ensure that all students and staff reach their full potential. The HoD must ensure that Geography is an outstanding department by setting demanding targets and providing effective support. An outstanding HoD will challenge both staff andstudents to achieve far beyond their preconceived limits.What is expected of you The person appointed will be expected to make a significant contribution to the academic, moral and cultural well-being of students.
