Summary of Role:This role will be looking after 2 new contracts based in the South West and South East. Project offices will be situated in Andover and Yeovil so the ideal candidate will be able to travel to one of these offices on a daily basis. There will also be travel to Watford during the mobilisation of these teams. As the Head of Contract Support you will lead on all aspects of the contract support functions that underpin the operational and commercial teams. To provide and demonstrate consistency of performance and service across all work streams and geographical aspects of the contract.To support the contract Senior Management Team in the customer relationship interface with the Client and key stakeholders.To manage the budget and associated commercial and performance risk associated with the work streams.Tasks & Responsibilities:* Responsible for leading and managing multidisciplinary outsourced service operations including:o Safety, Health, Environmental, Fire Service and Authorised Engineerso Helpdesk and CAFM Systemo IT and Data teamso Asset Managemento Human Resources including recruitment and trainingo Quality Managemento Performance Management and Reportingo Mobilisation and transition activities* Creates an environment in which safety is the first priority and all parties are encouraged to participate, including establishing systems and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.* Create a collaborative working environment amongst whole contract team.* Development and innovative practices and culture to ensure the contract continuously challenges the delivery of its service* Understanding the wider framework of the sector developing relationships with peers and competitors to share good practice* Champion the development, introduction and use of digital tools to support the business functions and operational delivery* Effective mobilisation of contract support centre and development of standard operations to support service delivery team.* Part of the Senior Management team developing contract strategy that delivers sustainable and profitable operations with collaborative and effective Client and stakeholder relationships.Relevant Skills and Experience: MBA/CMI accredited manager Experience leading multidisciplinary outsourced services operations Excellent people management and communication skills, with broad business acumen A strong appreciation of contract quality and performance managementSearch is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
