To join the schools pioneering Senior Leadership Team in April 2021 as Kindergarten Lead, fulfilling the roles of both a Kindergarten Teacher, taking a class, and the Early Years Manager (with dedicated time).To serve as an insightful and dexterous new school leader with the ability to evaluate and monitor, cultivate and lead the Kindergarten teaching teams delivery of Wynstones Curriculum, to give clear vision and direction to staff and children. uphold the quality of teaching and learning, progress and attainment, wellbeing and behaviour. inclusion and SEND. and liaise with parents, other professionals and colleagues in promoting the schools ethos and mission.To hold a bearing and presence which inspires imitation; who excels at curating a learning environment of exploration and discovery; and interacts and teaches in a way which cultivates and nourishes childrens holistic development. To work closely with the Kindergarten Team in order to form a cohesive group. To ensure the quality of the Early Years department is outstanding through adequate supervision and monitoring; To represent the EY department to outside agencies including Ofsted, the Local Authority and the SWSF; to undertake CPD to enhance the role; to have an overview of admissions and work with parentsTo fulfil the professional responsibilities and standards of a Waldorf teacher. supporting and delivering high quality teaching to ensure that students make excellent progress through a rich, creative and innovative curriculum. To meet the expectations set out in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), the DfE Teachers Standards (2011) and the SWSF National Teacher Standards (2020).
