We are an Ofsted Good provider.Nacro are the newly chosen education provider for Rainsbrook Secure Training Centre, a small specialist 76-bed residential secure unit for adolescents (12-18 year olds) who have been remanded or sentenced to periods of detention.The young people held in the STC are often the most vulnerable in the custodial system and have complex needs. This is both a very challenging and rewarding environment in which to work.We are seeking to appoint an experienced Administrator who will be responsible for the centres day to day administrational tasks as well as managing and coordinating the examinations process.You will work across Rainsbrook STC, to provide a professional high quality service, working to support a refreshed culture and quality of delivery, which secures success and improvement for all young people.Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: To accurately maintain the paperwork and electronic record systems. To ensure that photocopying, scanning, reporting and information is made available from administration records at the request of colleagues. To have the ability to follow systems, procedures and methods in relation to relevant programmes and activities delivered at the centre.
