They will be adept at producing timely financial reports and running effective systems, but will also have great management skills and an entrepreneurial approach to developing sustainable income streamsfor our cultural and commercial activities.Purpose of RoleWorking closely with the CEO/Artistic Director, the Director of Finance & Business Development will set and deliver finance strategy, in line with the organisations overall vision and business plan.They are responsible for monitoring and analysis of Brewery Arts Group finances and the efficient and compliant running of the finance department, including the leadership of the finance team. The successful candidate will be part of the Senior ManagementTeam and will work closely with department heads to increase profitability and the viability of the business, and ensure financial processes and procedures are effective.
