Meadowfield is a large, outstanding Special School for pupils age3 to 19 with profound, severe and complex special educational needs. We provideexcellent teaching and additional facilities for more than370 pupils but wealso have exciting growth plans, increasing our school size and the range ofservices we provide. We have recently opened a separate Sixth Form centre on asecond site in Sittingbourne and in September 2021 launched our new SpecialistCollegecalled Ascend. We are now seeking someone who combines excellence in financialmanagement with the ability to develop and lead a high quality support servicesteam that includes Facilities, Finance, HR, IT and Office Services. In addition to your senior levelexperience of sound financialplanning and control for a significant organisation-wide budget you will needto demonstrate your ability to think strategically and actively contribute toour longer term school growth plans.
