Data and Compliance AdministratorLocation: Home based with regional travel throughout South West EnglandWe are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading national training provider.As a result of continuous improvement, we are now looking for an experienced Data and Compliance Administrator! With over 800 employees and a commitment to excellence, this company offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of theirapprenticeship programs.As a Data and Compliance Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of their apprenticeships in accordance with funding agency contracts. You will work closely with the contracts team, colleagues, employers, and sub-contractorsto maintain compliance and accurate data throughout the process.• Competitive basic salary of up to £26,500• Car allowance of £5,000 per annum• 25 days of annual leave, plus public holidays (increasing to 30 days)• Great benefits package, including enhanced employer pension contributions, life assurance, and critical illness cover• Options to buy and sell holidays, providing flexibility• Exciting opportunity to travel to different sites in South West EnglandKey responsibilities and accountabilities of the Data and Compliance Administrator include:• Compiling data from various reports using funding agency and provider software, monitoring funding claims, and disseminating information to operational managers.• Assisting in the monthly internal audit by checking learner folders for the presence of key elements.• Liaising with training delivery staff to ensure accurate background data related to occupations and levels on relevant websites, and verifying the accuracy of data entered into systems.• Logging and storing information and documents from sub-contract delivery partners, including gathering data and verifying college fees, purchase orders, and payment schedules.• Running and verifying reconciliation reports, as well as monitoring funding claims.• Monitoring relevant mailboxes and promptly addressing queries.• Conducting mail merge tasks and updating trackers to ensure accurate funding claims according to funding body rules.• Monitoring break in learning instances and informing the delivery team of prolonged breaks, while also tracking and analysing leave reasons for trends.• Collating and storing new employer contracts, providing quarterly reports, and monitoring any associated issues.Skills and Experience Required for the Data and Compliance Administrator• Proven experience in data administration within the apprenticeship sector.• In-depth knowledge of ILR regulations and data collection requirements.• Proficiency in ILR software and data management systems.• Strong IT skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant software.• Knowledge of funding rules and ESFA guidelines• Full UK Driving license and access to own car• Flexibility to travel to different sites throughout South West EnglandFor more information please contact Simon Atkins on
