Job Description

Inspire and Lead as a Cover Supervisor with GSL Education in Medway!Are you ready to take the helm in the classroom and guide students in their educational journey GSL Education is seeking dedicated Cover Supervisors to join our dynamic team, making a real impact on education in Medway.Your Role as a Cover Supervisor:

  • Classroom Leadership: Step in during short-term teacher absences, creating a positive learning environment.
  • Instruction Implementation: Ensure the smooth delivery of lessons based on teacher-provided instructions.
  • Administrative Support: Contribute to the efficient operation of the school.
As a Cover Supervisor, youll provide essential support to students during their learning activities, helping them achieve the teachers objectives. Your role promotes equal opportunities and the inclusion of all pupils.In addition to classroom duties, youll provide valuable administrative support, covering tasks from typing to archiving. Youll also play a crucial role in school events and activities, enriching the school experience.GSL Education is committed to creating opportunities for dedicated educators.
