We seek a collaborative colleague to work closely with our Chief Executive on developing and elevating the Brewhouse brand to reach new and diverse audiences, attract funding and investment, and communicate effectively and creatively with internal and external stakeholders.You will lead on marketing and communications strategy for the Brewhouse and, with the CE, develop fundraising strategies and campaigns to underpin our organisational resilience. A member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for the Marketing Officer and, jointly with the CE, the Development and Executive Assistant who supports both roles.At this challenging and exciting time, we aim to recover, refocus and regenerate following the impact of the COVID19 pandemic. After temporary closure and arrival of Amy Bere as our Chief Executive, our strategic review and new 5-year plan seeks to position The Brewhouse as a hub of creativity and bold artistic vision in the heart of Somerset.The Brewhouse Theatre and Arts Centre has a riverside location in the centre of Somersets County and newly designated Garden Town. The building dates from 1977 and includes a 352-seat auditorium, studio, rehearsal, exhibition and meeting spaces and associated facilities.
