The Position:-* The firm handles all elements of Commercial Property from high street leases through to large-scale mixed-use developments and everything in between, including:--- Retail Property-- Sale and purchase of businesses-- Property Development-- Planning-- Dilapidations-- Construction-- Environmental issues-- Property Finance-- Tax planning-- Stamp Duty Land Tax-- Strategic Land, Options and Promotion Agreements-- Commercial Lease work acting for both Landlords and Tenants* The dates for the holiday cover requirements are:--- 5th to 17th July / 6th to 17th September / 18th to 22nd October (not all required to be covered by same candidate)* This position must be on site in one of their offices in central Somerset and cannot be carried out remotely * Rates £40 - £50ph (outside IR35)The Firm:-* This firm is a highly regarded law firm in the local area, offering a wide variety of services and would be a fantastic firm to work for!The Ideal Candidate:-* The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5 years PQE* You will have experience running your own caseload of Commercial Property matters and need minimal supervision* You dont have to be available to cover all of the dates, they will consider different candidates for each set of dates, given the challenges of availability in the market at the moment Badenoch + Clark acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
