Job Description

Clinical Account Manager | Medical Devices/Technology | Remote | £50,000 - £60,000 DOE + BonusIm currently partnering with a global medical devices and technology business to appoint a Clinical Account Manager. You will be passionate about making a difference, whilst developing strong business partnerships with customers and stakeholders to enable the delivery of the best patient outcomes. Please get in touch if youd like to find out more.The role- You will manage and maintain existing customers and retain and grow business.- Detailing products and services to stakeholders as well as other relevant operating theatre and ICU staff.- Identify business growth areas with target practices and aligning our business support services accordingly to develop win/win strategic partnerships.- Be the key contact for your accounts with regards to ensuring seamless customer service management.- Work closely with the Healthcare team and Sales Management team to develop cross-boundary sales strategies to target key accounts.- You will negotiate pricing and business proposals directly with the customer.- Regularly analyse, track and report in order to identify opportunities to improve performance.- Manage customer engagement through a range of channels including face to face and remote contact to support achievement of the key account plan.The Candidate- Graduate level or an equivalent professional qualification.- Clinical background highly desirable but not absolutely essential.- Ability to use IT tools, Sales Force, Concur, Power point ,Excel and Word.- Good presentation skills- Ability to build strong relationshipsThe territory for this role is the South and South West.
