Whether based within our Fitness to Practise or Registration teams, you will work within a supportive and collaborative environment, progressingcases in a timely fashion, whilst delivering excellent customer service.About you:Successful candidates will have: Excellent oral communication and customer service skills with the ability to build empathy and communicate professionally, even in challengingsituations. Excellent writing and analysis skills to identify key issues and make recommendations supported by strong arguments based on the available information. Experience of working under pressure in a busy, demanding, environment using prioritisationand organisational skills when managing competing deadlines. Experience of maintaining accurate data, case information and other records. Excellent attention to detail.Experience of working in a regulatory or similar environment, managing sensitive and confidentialinformation, would be advantageous.The people we interact with daily are incredibly diverse and we know how much of an asset empathy is to the way we operate.
