Other programmes at TCES include our unique Alumni Mentorship and LIFE (Leadership skills, Independence skills, Future options and Empowerment) Programmes, which create Young Leaders out of our pupils and supporting them to access pathways to employment, training or further education. The Role - Careers AdvisorWe are looking for an experienced, qualified Careers Advisor to ensure pupils throughout TCES are provided with impartial careers information, advice and guidance to enable them to develop and implement lifelong career management skills. This role will support the implementation of the TCES Careers plan, ensuring that Gatsby Benchmarks are met.Essential requirements to be successful in the role are: Level 6 Diploma in Career Information and Advice and/or extensive experience. Careers Guidance / Advice qualification. Experience of working with children with ASC/SEMH needs. Experience of successfully delivering the 8 Gatsby Benchmarks.
