Job Description

Our client based in the Wiltshire area have a current contract opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Change Manager with strong project / programme readiness experience. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills &experience:

  • Business Change background, working on large enterprise wide IT transformation projects or programmes with a focus on readiness and adoption: change & communication plans, training needs analysis, impact assessments, etc.
  • Must have attention to detail and excellent communication skills being able to work in a pro-active & collaborative way.
  • Experience of large ERP implementations would be highly beneficial.
  • Ideally worked across large organisation, industry background agnostic.
Role is via an umbrella solution and hybrid working with 1 or 2 days a week in the office.Please send CV in the first instance for more details of the role
