You will be someone who enjoys working on a variety of projects and has a passion to understand and care for people impacted by projects and ensure people are prepared and supported in the change process.You will be leading on organisational change across several Business Transformation projects, focusing on establishing, developing, and delivering change management strategies and plans which are aligned to best practices.This role will entail you to work productively with internal departments involved in the delivery of change management activities, including project team members, IT, Marketing and Communications, Learning and Development and other 3rd Party service providers; so excellent relationship building and collaboration skills are vital for this role.You will have a minimum of 3 years experience of successfully delivering in a business change management or organisational change management role and be able to undertake business change assessments where necessary.You will be detail orientated and understand change theory and methodologies, with a track record of achieving results.
