Job Description

Location: London (hybrid)Salary: Up to £75k + package1-year fixed term appointment with the possibility to extend

  • Are you a BIM Manager with proven experience working on major Civil/Infrastructure projects
  • Are you a proficient user of software packages including ProjectWise and Revit
My client is looking for a BIM Manager to be responsible for producing, coordinating, and managing technical drawings and models in line with the project specifications and requirements. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for mattersrelated to CAD and BIM and the role involves working closely with the Project Delivery Team and Senior Management Team. This is a flexible role, with a mix of working from home and site based. The site is a major London terminal undergoing redevelopment.Minimum Requirements:
  • Proven experience within a similar role.
  • Demonstrable understanding of project processes, workflows, contractual obligations.
  • Excellent IT skills and proficient user of software packages to your role, including ProjectWise and Revit.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Persistence and determination.
  • Ability to use your initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to organise your time and workload.
  • Flexible work approach.
  • Full driving license.
