Job Description

ArchitectReference: KOWIL9898798Location: WiltshireSalary: £32,000-35,000 An established RIBA Chartered practice has an exciting new opportunity for an Architect to join their dynamic practice Wiltshire. You will be joining a close-knit team of experienced Architects, to get involved in a wide variety of work which predominantly targets high quality Residential projects.The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years post qualification experience and be living locally to the Wiltshire area. This role could also suit a Part 3 student or a Newly Qualified Architect. My client are Vectorworks users, so this experience would be preferable.Excellent CAD skills are essential.Do you feel like youre engaging and energetic Do you have excellent design and visualisation skills This may be the perfect opportunity for you to take the next step in your career!Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

  • Boast strong design and visualisation skills.
  • ARB registered OR working towards if a Part 3/ recently qualified Architect.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • A full understanding of the UK Building Regulations.
  • Good Vectorworks skills would be preferred.
  • The ability to integrate and add value to a close-knit team.
  • To have previous relevant project experience.
  • Guide the design team from inception through to project completion.
  • Ensure that all project deadlines are met and to the highest of standard.
  • Liaise with other clients, contractors, and other professionals.
  • Work to a high standard both as part of a team but also individually.
