We have an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic independent training provider based in the Midlands.Working remotely from the comfort of your home we are looking for a dedicated team member proficient in delivering Sales Executive Apprenticeships up to Level 4, along with Business Administration and Customer Service Apprenticeships.This companys innovative blended learning approach incorporates online sessions, individualised coaching, mentoring, and interactive webinars. While the role is home-based, youll engage nationally, supporting our diverse range of high-profile, levy-payingclients.What this role is offering:• Competitive Salary: Up to £35,000 basic, with perks including business mileage reimbursement.• Holiday Benefits: 20 days + public holidays (increasing with service) and extra festive season days.• Investment in You: Support for your professional development and continuous learning.• Remote and flexible working which is supported by friendly and professional Management teamResponsibilities as a Trainer/Assessor- Sales Executive Level 4:• Deliver high-quality training and support to apprentices enrolled in the Sales Executive Apprenticeship program, including conducting classroom-based training, on-the-job assessments, and mentoring• Create and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that align with the curriculum and regulatory requirements• Provide regular feedback and support to apprentices, identifying their strengths and areas for improvement and providing guidance to help them achieve their learning goals• Support apprentices in developing their practical skills in Sales settings, observing and assessing their competence and providing constructive feedback• Observe, mark and review work produced by learners to ensure it is of the appropriate standard to reflect the learner’s qualification.• Support learners with Functional Skills in Maths and English• Monitor apprentices progress and maintain accurate records of their learning journey, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements• Plan and design specific industry-standard learning programmes in competencies, behaviours, and relationships.Skills and Requirements Trainer/Assessor- Sales Executive Level 4:• Sector Expertise: Strong background and experience in the Sales sector, ideally as a Sales Manager, Senior Sales Executive or Business Development Management• Apprenticeship Delivery: Proven track record in coaching Sales Executive Level 4, Management Level 5, and related apprenticeships.• Qualifications: Assessor qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA preferred) and recognised teaching certification.• Essential Certifications: Enhanced DBS check and a full UK Driving License.• Flexibility: Willingness to travel nationally with occasional overnight stays.For consideration, contact Simon Atkins at Pertemps Newcastle on .
