Procurement Skills CoachWe have an exciting opportunity to join a thriving Training Provider!The company is a Multi-Award Winning Apprenticeship Training Provider and continues to grow from strength to strength. As a result of this growth, they are looking to recruit a Skills Coach/Trainer in Procurement. The position is full-time working from home £30,000 - £33,000 Remote, flexible working Competitive Holiday scheme Bonus Scheme Pension SchemeTypical duties of the Procurement Apprenticeship Trainer/Assessor will include: Train and Coach new apprenticeship standards in Procurement up to level 4 through a combination of online delivery and coaching Support learners with Functional Skills in Maths and English to level 2 where applicable. Supporting learners in the workplace and guiding the learners to the End Point Assessment Providing information and guidance to the learner and employer about the Procurement Programme Working to specific quality and completion of target Helping with the enrolment of learners- Complete all relevant paperwork using the electronic process to ensure a learner is signed up/achieves/leaves according to procedures Conduct regular reviews of progress with both the learner and employer Organise and maintain documentation on learners progress. Ensure all Health and Safety, Safeguarding procedures are adhered to.Skills, experience, and qualifications required for the Apprenticeship Skills Coach- Procurement Ideally be Assessor qualified, A1, TAQA, CAVA, or D32, D33 or be prepared to work towards as the company will support and fund this qualification Hold a recognised teaching qualification e.g. PTLLS or Award in Education and Training would be desirable, however the company will support and fund this qualification Qualified to a minimum level 4 in CIPS Vocational competence within Procurement or Purchasing Experience of coaching and training employees in Procurement or Purchasing Have a passion for Training, Learning and Development Experience of using online delivery platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google classroomThis position is available immediately.
