As a result of growth, we are now looking for experienced Apprenticeship Delivery Managers.As an experienced Apprenticeship Delivery Manager, you can expect: A starting salary between £47000-£50000 28 days annual leave + option to purchase more Season ticket loan and cycle-to-work scheme Big discounts on courses for you and your family Private medical, income protection, and life insurance 24/7 confidential helpline providing counselling and other support services Maternity, Adoption, Shared Parental and Paternity/Partner pay which is well above statutory levelsTypical duties of the Apprenticeship Delivery Manager : Provide effective leadership to a team of 3-5 Team Managers and delivery staff, ensuring a consistent quality of service is delivered to clients and learners who are engaged in Higher/Degree Apprenticeship standards Deliver strategies to improve the quality of Apprenticeship delivery Meet all business targets and outcomes, particularly those pertaining to quality as defined in the Education Inspection Framework (EIF). Using data to develop strategic planning on how to meet KPIs and how to lead the team to achieve this. Continue to foster and develop excellent employer relationships with both key large national levy-paying and non-levy clients To ensure the commercial viability of the apprenticeship provision, and manage budgets to ensure key performance targets such as revenue, cost and contribution are achieved. Maintain team understanding and readiness to field Ofsted, ESFA, Awarding Organisations, End Point Assessment Organisations and other relevant stakeholder audits Lead and coordinate team response/participation in business Audits or Inspections Be accountable for the quality of Apprenticeship administration, using data and reports to continually drive-up overall achievement rates and revenue generation opportunities. Support Quality assurance of learner data held ensuring that it is accurate and meets correct funding requirements (ILR) Work closely with the quality team to identify and develop areas for improvement Identify opportunities for progression to higher-level qualifications. Provide induction, initial training, and support to new members of the team Complete 1-2-1 meetings with individual members of the team and creating specific development plans for individuals that will support them to achieve their KPIs.Skills and experience required for the Apprenticeship Programme Manager Proven track record of managing and inspiring delivery teams of delivery staff including Team Managers, Trainers and Skills Coaches Previous experience in managing Higher/Degree Apprenticeship standards Knowledge and experience of Good Ofsted requirements and ability to support delivery teams to develop outstanding results Up-to-date knowledge of ESFA funding rules Excellent knowledge of Excel and other data management packages and e-portfolio systems. Strong stakeholder and communication skills with the ability to develop a supportive and learner-focused environment A proven track record in Budget Management maintaining and improving Quality Assurance processes and systems Knowledge of Accounting and Taxation standards would be highly desirable Assessment & Relevant teacher training qualification - DTLLS/Cert Ed would be desirable, alongside an L5 Qualification in Leadership and Management Full UK Driving License and access to own car is requiredThis position is being managed by Simon Atkins at Pertemps Work Based Learning.
