Job Description

What youll be doing:· Opening and distribution of incoming post· Weighing, stamping and posting of outgoing mail· Scanning and uploading of candidate recruiting documentation· Security of Incoming and Outgoing Post, Checking Addressing of Outgoing Post· Handling special and recorded deliveries· Ad hoc administrative duties, as and when requiredWhat were looking for:

  • Must be available to work from 9am-5.30pm on Thursday and Friday each week
  • Must be able to drive with your own transport due to remote office location
  • Any experience within postroom, facilities or strong administration, would be an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Self motivated with the ability to work well in a small team
