I am looking to recruit a full time Quality and Commissioning Officer to be part of a small team to deliver and manage an innovative and new Help to Live at Home (H2L@H) community support offer to adults across South Tyneside area. The role of Quality and Commissioning Officer is key and will be instrumental in helping us to determine the future of community-based care and support for adults. The responsibilities of the post holder are varied and will include being responsible for all aspects of quality assurance and contract management to support the new H2L@H offer.As this is a key role it is essential that you have the relevant experience and skills necessary for the post. These include having appropriate and relevant qualifications, experience of managing or auditing in domiciliary care, significant experience of management in a social care service/setting and working in accordance with CQC requirements, experience of quality assurance, auditing and using analysis of data to measure performance. You must also have experience of partnership working and advanced skills in Microsoft word and excel. *You will work closely with the Service Manager Project Lead, people who use the services and their carers and monitor the H2L@H service.*To support the operational team across adult services to understand and implement the new H2L@H model.*To be an active member of the H2L@H project group.*To collect, analyse and manage contract performance data, complaint and safeguarding concerns ensuring appropriate recording and reporting.Requirements: - Enhanced DBS - Full UK driving license If you are interested and you have the right qualifications and experience, please contact Dayna on .
