If you are self-motivated, enthusiastic and ready to make a real difference to a successful and go getting team then we are looking for you!Heres what youll be doing

  • Welcoming customers to our Store;
  • Making sure customers understand how to use digital services and the great benefits they can bring and guiding them through this process;
  • Resolving any queries customers may have with their banking;
  • Having great conversations to understand customers goals & using your knowledge of our products and services to find the best thing to help them;
  • Working with fabulous team mates in Stores and back offices so that customers always have the right person to speak to when they need expert advice;
  • Showcasing the amazing work we do in Virgin Money and spreading the word through events both in store and in my local community.
To be successful youll need to bring
  • Experience in a face to face customer service environment and a passion for providing customers with amazing service;
  • Great communications skills and great at building rapport with lots of different personalities;
  • A flexible working approach to suit customer needs and business demands;
  • Experience of delivering to deadlines or targets;
  • A keen interest in all things digital and like to keep up to date with up and coming technology news.
