#Care to join usAbout Hwb CyfleHwb Cyfle is a multi-million pound purpose built day service in Queensferry, and designed to meet the needs of people with profound and multiple disabilities. We support around 50-60 people per day across five activity spaces, including a workshop space, kitchenand multi-use rooms. The service has a state of the art sensory room, multiple adapted bathrooms, a changing places toilet, assisted bath, sensory garden and a caf. The service provides meaningful activities with people attending from half a day to five daysper week.About YouWe are recruiting for a highly organised manager to lead and direct a developing team. You will have strong skills in management and experience of supervising large teams. You will be working with the Operations Manager and Team Coordinators to ensure the smoothrunning of the service, liaising with families, and ensuring people attending have the best day possible.The post holder will be dynamic and forward thinking, with a passion for mentoring staff in their development. You will place a strong emphasis on devising and implementing plan based on the aspirations of the people who attend the service. You will share thevalues and focus of the organisation, and support the management team to implement strategies and programs which meet these values.
