Outpatients Administrator, Physiotherapy Administration | Outpatients / OPD department | Cardiff | Permanent, 25 hours Spire Cardiff are looking for a driven and motivated Administrator to provide an outpatient reception and administration service forour Out-patient & Physiotherapy departments. This position will be a Monday to Friday role with a total of 25 hours p/week. Spire Cardiff Hospital is the largest, modern provider of private healthcare in Wales. Duties and responsibilities To provide Physiotherapy administration support to the Outpatientteam creating patient records, processing patient charging and preparing clinics. To undertake administrative role in handling consultant clinic requests, written request for appointments, and other administrative activities as they occur. To receive incomingcalls from consultants, secretaries, general practice and other key customers as necessary. To provide administrative assistance in the preparation of clinic lists, patient registration forms, charging and all other duties as determined by your team and/ormanager Who were looking for The post holder should possess good clerical skills and have experience of working in a people orientated environment. Fully computer literate with first class oral and written communication skills.
