Job Description

A customer service representative, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiencyWe are a global network marketing company offering premium products and business opportunities, looking for a candidate with great customer service and people skills to join our Customer Service Team.Location: Central LondonSalary: £21.000 + BonusFull Time ContractHours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pmYour duties will include:

  • Respond to a variety of customer requests and inquiries via telephone, email and live chat in a professional manner.
  • Place orders via telephone, email and live chat.
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Provide customers with service information.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
    • The Successful Applicant:
  • Enthusiastic and positive approach and attitude.
  • A good listener who can remain calm under pressure.
  • Previous customer service experience (not essential).
  • Must be fluent in the following languages: Hungarian and/or Spanish, Italian
