Job Description

Senior Acoustic Consultant - UK WideOur client is a reputable multi-disciplinary consultancy who cover a range of disciplines including both environmental & architectural acoustics. They have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Acoustician who is looking to take on more managerial responsibilities across a variety of projects!Our client has offices across the UK so candidates from all areas are urged to apply.Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years consultancy experience; with demonstrable experience of managing team and projects.
  • Educated to MSc/BSc level in Acoustics or another relevant discipline.
  • Institute of Acoustics Membership.
  • Experience using CadnaA, Odeon or INSUL software packages.
  • Experience preparing fee proposals.
    • Daily duties:
  • Undertake noise and vibration surveys in line with EIA, PPG24, BS4142 regulations.
  • Team and project management including technical growth of the Acoustics team.
  • Work and liaise with technical specialists within a wide range of projects.
  • Support & prepare fee proposals.
  • Develop new and existing client relations.
  • Work as part of a team and on an individual basis dependent on projects.
