Job Description

Would you like a salary up to £110,000, with a 30% bonus opportunity and an extensive benefits package, including private medical, death in service and critical illness coverThis is a flexible home-based role for an IFA Manager who has been in a similar role for a good length of time and wants to move to an established, but also growing Wealth company, whose offices span the UK.This team has a high retention rate. You will be managing a large team of IFAs, many of whom are very experienced and also Chartered (your span of control can range between 15 and 25 whole of market Financial Planners, so experience in managing bigger teamsis ideal). You will have come from an independent background yourself and be used to driving sales targets, but also have experience of coaching and mentoring to bring out the best in Independent Financial Advisers, so that they are putting the needs of theclient firstDoes this sound like youYou will be responsible for

  • Supporting, motivating, coaching and mentoring an established and successful team of IFAs
  • Contributing to and owning the sales strategy for the division
  • Taking the time to understand each IFAs key motivators and personalise support to their training needs
  • Ensuring that all activities meet with compliance procedures and processes
  • Take ownership and be responsible for positive employee engagement within the team
  • Providing meaningful MI and reporting on a monthly basis for presentation to the Executive Team
  • Reviewing the client banks regularly to ensure they are being well looked after
  • Diploma qualified - CF30 requirement and current SPS
