Due to a sudden high demand, 10 - 12 live role, this prestigious sporting organisation is looking to hire on a 3 month FTC an experienced recruiter to take ownership of these urgent hires.These roles are varied and as such the successful candidate will have experience of working with a multitude of agencies, job boards and line managers.Ultimately you will be the central focus of the recruitment programme. Managing the end to end process but the client is not looking to you to fill the roles, but to ensure the roles get filled. By negotiating competitive rate with agencies and looking to put together PLS for future business, all the while working closely with the hiring managers and HR. The roles are mostly UK based with apart for a couple located in Dubai. You can work from home with only the occasional requirement to come into the office (if lockdown permits).The client will also consider part time options.Ideally you will be able to start within a week.
