You may have experience in account management, or if youre new to it, youre enthusiastic about cultivating client relationships from the ground up.Qualifications and ExpertiseYou hold at least a minimum of a CIPD qualification at level 5, and a level 7 qualification (or equivalent) would be a distinct advantage. Your background shines with substantial time as an HR Business Partner or Adviser, demonstrating your ability to provideexpert guidance across a range of HR scenarios.Your repertoire encompasses chairing formal HR meetings, orchestrating complex investigations, and formulating policies and procedures. You possess the finesse to distill extensive data into concise reports and outcome letters that drive impactful decision-making.Your aptitude in crafting a variety of HR communications adheres to legal standards and mitigates potential risks.Interpersonal Skills and AdaptabilityYour exceptional communication skills go hand in hand with your knack for acclimatising to diverse client contexts. Your ability to manage stakeholders with varying needs underscores your capacity to foster lasting client relationships.Practical RequirementsA valid UK driving license is essential, and your willingness to travel throughout the South East and occasionally across the UK is crucial.
