Job Description

National Account Manager needed for Globally Renowned Brand Group - fully remote role selling to leading supermarkets as well as independents.My Client owns some the most recognisable brands in the world that have been a source of delight to many generations.Now enjoying an amazing renaissance they are looking for a National Account Manager to take advantage of their extraordinary popularity.Working with supermarkets, large retail chains and independents, this national role will enable you to build on a very successful base.Generous package includes a good base + car allowance and generous bonus.The successful candidate should have the following characteristics:*Intelligent salesmanship - the individual needs to use all sales skills and relationship building techniques to grow existing accounts and obtain new ones.*Pro-active and enthusiastic self-starter, with demonstrable record of success in both the National Account arena selling into RETAIL stores. *Excellent communication skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers alike - both in written and verbal formats*Planning: Must have the ability to manage their time efficiently*Initiative: Willing to act on own initiative and take decisions, but conscious of their role within the team framework*Negotiation: Ability to reach a solution to the benefit of both the company and customer *IT Systems: Ability to use word, excel and power point applications effectively, alongside HHLs AX system*Analytical: Able to understand and interpret sales data, with the ability to present findings to both internal and external audiences*Languages: knowledge of German and/or French would be a bonus*This role requires UK and occasional European travel, so job holder will possess a full UK driving license and passport and be prepared to stay away from home when requiredIf this exciting new role is of interest to you,then please send your CV immediately via the link below - or call Ian Gerstein on for more informationMandeville is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
