Job Description

Global Head of Product (Digital). London or South East. A fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced and capable individual to play a lead role in the ongoing development of a customer-centric, transactional site on behalf of this well established and leading brand in the leisure sector.Global Head of Product ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for a team of around 12 product managers across multiple global offices and working cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics and machine learning teams. You will lead on the technical development, pricing strategies and merchandising across mobile web, native aps and desktop. You will create product road maps to maximise opportunities identified from data. You will create the measurement strategy for thematic success and ensure there is a shred vision across the business, building a consensus on priorities leading to product execution. Global Head of Product Skills Required

  • Extensive experience in eCommerce optimisation working for large, global organisations
  • Track record of leading teams that have been accountable for machine learning, algorithm development, and model optimisation
  • Experience using business intelligence tools such as Tableau and SQL to drive product optimisation
  • Ability to adapt to change, working in a fast pace and innovative environment
  • Technically and commercially astute
  • Ability to draw on internal and external research to translate business needs in to product plans
