Job Description

Global IT Director - Commercial / Business Systems Location: Currently Home / Remote - Extensive Future Global Travel Expected High profile Global B2C company require a technology leader to shape and deliver transformational change within their IT solutions supporting the global sales teamsKeyResponsibilities

  • Reviewing current global sales systems and working closely with business to create a strategic road map that will deliver "best in class" solutions
  • Transforming the sales systems to improve execution, optimise planning and pricing capabilities, standardise systems to improve data capture and analytics
  • Working cross functionally to deliver effective, integrated solutions
  • Identify opportunities to improve salesforce automation and employing solutions such as AI technology to deliver greater efficiencies and insights across the global sales operations
  • Providing guidance on mobile applications, digital technology, data science a wider tech innovations to future proof the technology provision for the sales teams
  • Through technology enabling the sales teams to gain a competitive advantage operational excellent, to increase company market share and profitability
  • Managing change / transformations programmes with budgets £100m +
  • The ideal Global IT Director must be able to offer the following:
  • Experience of managing IT transformation around sales systems in a global B2C company
  • Managing large transformational change initiatives - budgets £100m+
  • Direct knowledge tech such as sales force automation, pricing / promotions applications / CRM / sales force mobile applications and devices and data / analytics
  • Able to demonstrate a successful track record enhancing global sales team operations
